Adult Residential Facility (ARF)

A state-licensed residential home for adults ages 18–65 who need 24/7 care and supervision. ARF provides day-to-day residential support (housing, meals, safety monitoring, and assistance with daily living needs.

How it looks like

24/7 supervision and safety with staffing around the clock, monitoring, crisis response, and reporting incidents as required.
Personal care/ADL support to help you with hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily routines based on your needs.
We provide medication administration and documentation within ARF regulations, plus coordination with doctors/pharmacies.
Health coordination by arranging transportation or support for appointments, tracking health concerns, communicating with the care team.
Behavioral support with structure, redirection, following behavior plans, documenting behaviors, and coordinating with behavioral clinicians.
Skill-building in the home to practice basic independent living skills (chores, cooking basics, community outings) as appropriate.
Service coordination with RCEB participating in ISP meetings, implementing ISP objectives, maintaining required records, and meeting compliance standards.
