Individualized nursing support that helps Regional Center clients maintain their health, safety, and well-being while living as independently as possible. Nursing services are tailored to each person’s medical needs, abilities, routines, and goals as identified through their Individual Program Plan (IPP).
Services are provided based on each individual’s assessed nursing needs, physician orders when applicable, IPP goals, and Regional Center authorization.
