Individualized support for adults to live successfully in their own home and participate in the community. Support is tailored to build independence, maintain health and safety, and strengthen daily living skills guided by personal goals, routines, and preferences.
Support is provided based on each individual’s needs as outlined in their Individual Program Plan (IPP), with services available up to 24 hours per day, as needed.
My name is Kelly Moarles, and I coordinate the Supported Living Services Program at Success Express under My Special Connection, where I support individuals in living safely, independently, and successfully in their communities. Born and raised in Nicaragua, I moved to the United States at age 16 and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Central American Studies from UCLA. As a bilingual English-Spanish professional and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I combine service coordination, behavioral support, advocacy, and individualized care to help participants access essential resources and achieve their personal goals. My commitment to community service has also included volunteering with organizations supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, taking spontaneous road trips, and attending live music events.
